- Immunohistochemistry: Cytohesin 2 Antibody [20590002] - Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Distinct cytoplasmic staining was seen in a fraction of cells in red pulp of spleen and distinct membranous positivity was seen in trophoblasts. Squamous epithelia, urothelia, kidney, myocytes and cells of the CNS were mainly negative. Malignant tissues were negative or showed weak cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. A single case of lymphoma exhibited strong staining. Melanomas and urothelial cancers were predominantly weakly to moderately stained. Image and statement courtesy of the Human Protein Atlas (HPA).
