Immunohistochemistry: ELOVL5 Antibody [22330002] - Most normal and malignant tissues exhibited moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear immunoreactivity. Strong staining was for example observed in Leydig cells, the prostate, seminal vesicles and most parts of the intestine. Some tumor types displayed strong immunoreactivity e.g. breast, colo-rectal and lung cancers. In contrast to the normal bile duct cells, which were negative, showed the cholangiocarcinomas generally moderate cytoplasmic staining.
