- Detection of Aiolos/IKZF3 in Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD19 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB4867P) and either (A) Mouse Anti-Human Aiolos/IKZF3 Alexa Fluor® 647-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC8625R) or (B) Mouse IgG1 Alexa Fluor 647 Isotype Control (Catalog # IC002R). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed and permeabilized with FlowX FoxP3 Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Kit (Catalog # FC012).
