Neutralization of MEPE is shown by the decrease in adhesion of ATDC5 cells with increasing concentrations of MEPE Antibody (Product # PA5-47460).

- Neutralization of MEPE in ATDC5 mouse chondrogenic cell line. Samples were incubated in MEPE polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47460). Recombinant Human MEPE, immobilized onto a microplate, supports the adhesion of the ATDC5 mouse chondrogenic cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Adhesion elicited by Recombinant Human MEPE (2 µg/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Human MEPE Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 2‚6 µg/mL.
