- Immunohistochemistry: SCL/Tal1 Antibody [25610002] - A majority of the normal cells showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear positivity in few cases. Strong cytoplasmic positivity was seen in Purkinje cells and strong nuclear staining in bone marrow poetic cells. Hepatocytes showed moderate nuclear staining. Squamous epithelia and lymphoid tissues in general were negative or weakly stained. Most of the malignant cells were weakly stained or negative. Few cases of ovarian, endometrial and liver cancers displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear immunoreactivity in some cases. Lymphomas were all negative.
