- Immunocytochemical analysis of Acetyl-H2A.ZK11ac (Lys11) in Hela cells using a Acetyl-H2A.ZK11ac (Lys11) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112439) at a dilution of 1:100. The cells were treated with 30mM sodium butyrate for 4 hours. The cells were then fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the primary antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was an Alexa Fluor 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

- Chromatin Immunoprecipitation analysis of Acetyl-H2A.ZK11ac (Lys11) in 4*10^6 Hela cells using a Acetyl-H2A.ZK11ac (Lys11) polyclonal antibody (Product #PA5-112439). Hela cells were treated with Micrococcal Nuclease, sonicated, and immunoprecipitated with 8 µg anti-H2AFZ or a control normal rabbit IgG. The resulting ChIP DNA was quantified using real-time PCR with primers against the beta-Globin promoter.
