- Western blot analysis of TET2 in A) 293T whole cell lysate, B) whole cell lysate of DDDDK-human TET2-transfected 293T cells using TET2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-85488) using 30 µg of sample at a dilution of 1:5000. Sample was then incubated with HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody. Prior to incubation with primary antibody, the sample was separated on 5% SDS-PAGE.
