Description

This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes Glycoprotein A repetitions predominant (GARP). GARP is also called Leucin Rich Repeat Containing 32 (LRRC32), which belongs to the Leucin Rich Repeat family. This mAb can inhibit active TGF-¦Â production and Treg function in vivo. The binding affinity of the antibody was determined by SPR analysis (K_D = 0.264 nM).
