- Flow cytometry of Nanog in Three-day Endoderm-differentiated BG01V human embryonic stem cells (upper image) or untreated BG01V human embryonic stem cells (lower image). Samples were incubated in Nanog polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-46891) or isotype control. To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer.
