- Cross-linked ChIP was performed with MCF-7 chromatin extract treated with TNF-a (10 ng/mL for 30 min) and 5 µg of either control rabbit IgG or Bcl-10 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-28946). The precipitated DNA was detected by PCR with primer set targeting to IκBα.

Immunoprecipitation of BCL10 protein by 4 µg Bcl-10 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-28946). 12 % SDS-PAGE. The immunoprecipitated BCL10 protein was detected by Bcl-10 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-28946) diluted at 1:500.
