- Detection of Rat HSP20/HSPB6 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of rat heart and skeletal muscle tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Rat HSP20/HSPB6 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4200) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF017). A specific band was detected for HSP20/HSPB6 at approximately 20 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.
