- Western Blot analysis of SEC24C using SEC24C Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112285) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: U251MG whole cell lysate, (Lysates/proteins at 30 ?g per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 118 kDa. Observed band size: 120 kDa (We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands).
