- Detection of human VAV3 by western blot of immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg for input; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-VAV3 antibody A303-833A used for WB at 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. VAV3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-VAV3 antibody BL13957, which recognizes a downstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
