- iNOS antibody detects iNOS protein by western blot analysis. Un-treated (-) and treated (+, 50ng/ml LPS treatment for 4hr) Raw264.7 whole cell extracts (30 £gg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with iNOS antibody (GTX130246) at a dilution of 1:1000.
