Experimental details: Western blot analysis of JNK1/JNK2/JNK3 in Lane 1: K562 whole cell lysate (40 µg), Lane 2: MCF-7 whole cell lysate (40 µg), Lane 3: the Brain tissue lysate of rat (40 µg), Lane 4: the Brain tissue lysate of mouse (40 µg). Samples were incubated with JNK1/JNK2/JNK3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-36548) at a dilution of 1:500.

Experimental details: Western blot was performed using Anti-JNK1/JNK2/JNK3 Polyclonal Antibody(Product # PA5-36548) and a 55kDa band corresponding to JNK1/JNK2/JNK3 was observed across cell lines and tissues. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of HeLa (Lane 1), HEK-293 (Lane 2), MCF7 (Lane 3), A-431(Lane 4), Mouse Brain (Lane 5), Rat Brain (Lane 6) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0321BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036,1:4000) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Dura Extended Duration Substrate (Product # 34076).
