1X10^6 Raji cells were stained with 0.20 µg Anti-Human HLA-DPA1 (Product # 16109-1-AP) (red) or 0.20 µg control antibody (blue) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1,000. Cells were fixed with90% MeOH.
