Experimental details

Detection of Human LRP-5 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line and MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human LRP-5 Intracellular Domain Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6646) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for LRP-5 at approximately 185 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
