- Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects mouse Frizzled-1 in direct ELISAs and human and mouse Frizzled-1 in Western blots. In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Frizzled-2, -3, -4, -6, -7, and -8 is observed. Using flow cytometry, detected Frizzled-1 on differentiated embryoid bodies derived from mouse embryonic cell line D3 and on human HEK293 cells.
