- Flow cytometry analysis of TCR delta on TCR delta positive PEER cells (left panel) or TCR delta negative HPB-ALL cells (right panel). Equal numbers of cells were stained with a TCR Delta TCS1 (TS-1) monoclonal antibody (Product # TCR1055) followed by FITC labeled secondary antibody, or FITC labeled secondary antibody alone (black histograms). 5 µL of primary antibody were used per test. All antibody incubations were performed for 30 minutes at room temperature. A representative 10,000 cells were acquired for each sample.
