- Lysates from LNCaP cells expressing nonpohosphorylated and phosphorylated caveolin-2 were left untreated (-) or treated with (+) calf intestinal phosphatase (CIP). The phosphospecific caveolin-2 (Ser36) antibody (AP21669PU-S) recognized the untreated, but not the CIP-treated lysate.
