- Detection of human AF6 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-AF6 antibody A302-199A (lot A302-199A-2) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. AF6 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot A302-199A-1) and rabbit anti-AF6 antibody A302-200A. For blotting immunoprecipitated AF6, A302-199A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
