- Flow cytometry of TAFA4 in A172 human glioblastoma cell line. Samples were incubated in TAFA4 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24195) or isotype control antibody followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG F(ab)2 Secondary Antibody. To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with saponin.
