- Detection of human CCDC28A by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CCDC28A antibody A302-392A used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. CCDC28A was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CCDC28A antibody A302-391A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated CCDC28A, A302-392A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
