Description

This monoclonal antibody CSTEM30 reacts with human Neuroligin-4, X linked, also known as NLGN4X, NLGN4, Neuroligin-4, and Neuroligin 4X. Applications Reported: This CSTEM30 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: This CSTEM30 antibody has been pre-diluted and tested by flow cytometric analysis of human iPSCs. This may be used at 5 µL (0.06 µg) per test. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. Excitation: 488-561 nm; Emission: 578 nm; Laser: Blue Laser, Green Laser, Yellow-Green Laser

Staining of a mixture of normal human iPSC and the murine C2C12 cell line with Anti-Human TRA-1-60 (Podocalyxin) PerCP-eFluor® 710 (Product # 46-8863-82) and Mouse IgG2a kappa Isotype Control, PE (Product # 12-4724-82) (left) or Anti-Human NLGN4X (Neuroligin-4) PE (right). Viable cells, as determined by Fixable Viability Dye eFluor® 450 (Product # 65-0863-14), were used for analysis.
