- Description
- This monoclonal antibody CSTEM30 reacts with human Neuroligin-4, X linked, also known as NLGN4X, NLGN4, Neuroligin-4, and Neuroligin 4X. Applications Reported: This CSTEM30 antibody has been reported for use in immunocytochemical staining and flow cytometric analysis. (Fluorochrome-conjugated CSTEM30 is recommended for use in flow cytometery.) Applications Tested: This CSTEM30 antibody has been tested by immunocytochemistry on formaldehyde-fixed and permeabilized human iPSCs, and by flow cytometry on human iPSCs. For immunocytochemistry, this can be used at less than or equal to 5 µg/mL. For flow cytometry, this antibody can be used at less than or equal to 0.5 µg/test. A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test.

- Immunocytochemistry of fixed and permeabilized human iPSCs plated on murine derived feeder cells using 5 µg/mL Mouse IgG2a K Isotype Control (Product # 14-4724-82) (left) or 5 µg/mL NLGN4X (Neuroligin-4) Monoclonal Antibody (right) followed by F(ab’)2-Goat anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody eFluor® 660 (Product # 50-4010-82). Nuclei are stained with DAPI. An iPSC colony (positive staining) and mouse embryonic fibroblasts (negative staining) are in both fields of view.
