- Western blot of SLAMF8 in HEK293 lysate overexpressing human SLAMF8 with C-terminal MYC tag was performed using 10 µg protein in RIPA buffer. Lysates were probed with a SLAMF8 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-37955) at a dilution of 1 µg/mL (Lane A) and with a MYC Tag antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 (Lane C). Lane B shows mock-transfected HEK293 cells probed with PA5-37955 at a dilution of 1 µg/mL. All lysates were incubated for 1 hour, followed by chemiluminescent detection.
