- Western blot analysis of SLAMF8 in HEK293T human embryonic kidney cell line either mock transfected, transfected with EGFP, or transfected with human BLAME. Samples were incubated in SLAMF8 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47220) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for BLAME/SLAMF8 at approximately 32 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
