Immunoblot Analysis: 40 µg Rat Brain Microsomal Preparation was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-Na+ Channel (III-IV loop) (2 µg/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates Na+ Channel (III-IV loop) (~220 kDa).
