- Immunohistochemical analysis of CES8 in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human stomach tissue. Samples were probed with a CES8 polyclonal antibody (C-term) (Product # PA5-48484) Samples were incubated with a SLC16A10 polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-48538) at a 1:25 dilution for 1 hours at 37°C. A undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary antibody.
