- Western blot of HOXA10 in human skeletal muscle lysate was performed using 35 µg protein in RIPA buffer. Lysates were probed with a HOXA10 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-37866) at a dilution of 0.2 µg/mL and incubated for 1 hour, followed by chemiluminescent detection.
