Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stained with Goat Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat FoxP3 APC-conjugated Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC3240A) and either (A) Mouse Anti-Human CD4 PerCP-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB3791C) or (B) Mouse Anti-Human IL-2 R alpha PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB1020P). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # IC108A).
