- Immunocytochemistry analysis of CHM in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes at 37 ℃, permeabilized with 0.05% Triton X-100 in PBS for 20 minutes, and then blocked with 2% negative goat serum for 30 minutes at room temperature. Samples were incubated in CHM Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-44856) using a dilution of 1:50 in 2% negative goat serum overnight at 4 ℃ followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:1,000. Nuclear DNA was labelled in blue with DAPI.

- Flow cytometry of CHM in SiHa cells. The cells were fixed, permeabilized and stained with CHM Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-44856) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL (red) at 4℃ for 1 hour followed by Alexa Fluor®488 conjugate-Goat anti-Rabbit IgG secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:1,000 for 30 minutes at 4℃. Rabbit IgG Isotype Control (green). Unlabeled sample was used as a control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black).
