This is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that detects human CHM. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat. Western blot demonstrated that CHM recognized a target protein with a molecular weight of 74 kDa. The R36-7A-8 is recommended for dilution of target protein by western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200).
