- Detection of Human ITM2A by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human cartilage tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human ITM2A Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4876) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). Specific bands were detected for ITM2A (glycosylated) at approximately 45 kDa and ITM2A (not glycosylated) at approximately 30 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.
