- Immunoprecipitation: DLG7/HURP Antibody [NB110-40572] - Detection of Human HURP/DLG7 by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HURP/DLG7 antibody NB110-40572 used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. HURP/DLG7 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-HURP/DLG7 antibodies NB110-40573 and NB110-40574, which recognize other epitopes. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 10 seconds (A and B).
