- Western blot analysis of CLEC5A in U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cell line. Samples were incubated in CLEC5A polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47307) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for MDL‚1/CLEC5A at approximately 37-40 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
