- CEP152 Polyclonal Antibody detects CEP152 protein at centrosome by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/culture medium at 37ºC for 30 min. Green: CEP152 protein stained by CEP152 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-34956) diluted at 1:2,000. Red: Tubulin, alpha 1b protein stained by TUBA1B antibody (Product # MA1-25054) diluted at 1:5000. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

- Immunoprecipitation of CEP152 was performed in HeLa whole cell extracts using 5 µg of CEP152 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-34956). Samples were transferred to a membrane and probed with CEP152 Polyclonal Antibody as a primary antibody and an HRP-conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG was used as a secondary antibody.
