- Western blot of NAT8L/N-acetylaspartate synthetase in fetal mouse brain lysate was performed using 35 µg protein in RIPA buffer. Lysates were probed with a NAT8L/N-acetylaspartate synthetase polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-37999) at a dilution of 0.1 µg/mL and incubated for 1 hour, followed by chemiluminescent detection.

- Immunofluorescence analysis of NAT8L in HEK293 cells using a NAT8L monoclonal antibody (Product # PA5-37999) at 10 µg/mL for1hr. The cells were paraformaldehyde fixed and permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation was followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL) showing cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL)followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL).
