- Detection of human ANKRD52 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ANKRD52 antibody A302-372A used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. ANKRD52 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ANKRD52 antibody BL5678, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated ANKRD52, A302-372A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
