Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MCT8 antibodyNBP2-32109 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. MCT8 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MCT8 antibody BL16310. For blotting immunoprecipitated MCT8,NBP2-32109 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
