- Immunoblot analysis of recombinant hGH and 20 kDa GH1 were resolved by electrophoresis , transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with GH1 monoclonal antibody , clone g3H5 (1 : 500) (Cat # MAB1055) . Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a DAB detection system. Arrows indicate recombinant GH1 (22 kDa) and 20 kDa GH1 , respectively.
