- Western blot analysis of MMP24 was performed by loading Lane 1-2: 293T cells, HepG2 cells lysates (40µg) on to a 6% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a MMP24 antibody (Product # PA5-51333) at a 1/200 dilution for 40 seconds, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1/8000 dilution.
