- Western blot analysis of ISM1 in human placenta tissue lysate. Samples were incubated in ISM1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-24968) using a dilution of 1:2,000 followed by Secondary Goat anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Predicated band size: 52 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

- Immunohistochemistry analysis of ISM1 in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human skin carcinoma. Samples were incubated with ISM1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-24968) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
