Description

Domvanalimab (also known as ABBV-154) is an investigational fully human monoclonal antibody developed as an immune checkpoint inhibitor for the treatment of cancer. It functions by targeting a novel inhibitory pathway distinct from the well-known PD-1/PD-L1 and CTLA-4 axes, aiming to overcome resistance to existing immunotherapies. Clinical trials are evaluating its safety and efficacy, often in combination with anti-PD-1 therapies (such as zimberelimab) and/or chemotherapy, in patients with advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and gastrointestinal cancers.
