Description

An H3 lysine 9 acetylation specific antibody is provided. In good agreement with the localization of its target acetylation, H3K9ac antibody was enriched in euchromatin, and its kinetics measurably changed upon treatment with a histone deacetylase inhibitor. The cytoplasmically expressed H3K9ac antibody v1 was functional to bind to target acetylation in living cells.
