- Cell lysates of NIH/3T3 (50 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with CALM2 monoclonal antibody, clone J4D8 (Cat # MAB2037) (1:500). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
