Western blot testing of human U-251 MG cell lysate with BASP1 antibody. Predicted molecular weight ~23 kDa and ~18 kDa (two isoforms). BASP1 may be observed at higher molecular weights due to SUMOylation. The amount of SDS in SDS-PAGE may also affect the observed size.
