- Immunocytochemichal analysis of Phospho Histone H1.5 (Thr154) in HepG2 cells using a Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112444) at a dilution of 1:100. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were also counter-stained with DAPI.

- Chromatin Immunoprecipitation analysis of Phospho Histone H1.5 (Thr154) in 4*10^6 Hela cells using a Phospho Histone H1.5 (Thr154) polyclonal antibody (Product #PA5-112444). Hela cells were treated with Micrococcal Nuclease, sonicated, and immunoprecipitated with 5 µg anti-HIST1H1B or a control normal rabbit IgG. The resulting ChIP DNA was quantified using real-time PCR with primers against the beta-Globin promoter.
