Description

Tamrintamab is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) consisting of a human IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody targeting dipeptidase 3 (DPEP3, also known as MBD3), linked to a cytotoxic payload. DPEP3 is a cell surface glycoprotein overexpressed in certain solid tumors, such as ovarian and lung cancers. The antibody binds to DPEP3, enabling targeted delivery of the conjugated drug (e.g., a microtubule inhibitor or DNA-damaging agent) to tumor cells, inducing apoptosis.
