- Immunoprecipitation of CD61 (Integrin beta 3) in 300 μg extracts of U-87MG cells. Samples were precipitated with 3 μg CD61 (Integrin beta 3) Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-35245). Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using CD61 (Integrin beta 3) Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-35245) at a dilution of 1:1,000.

- Flow cytometry analysis of CD61 (Integrin beta 3) in 1X10^6 U-937 cells (negative control, left)and HEL cells (right). Cells were intracellularly-stained with Integrin beta 3 (ITGB3/CD61) monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-35245) (2.5 μg/mL, orange line) or Rabbit IgG isotype control (2.5 μg/mL, blue line), followed by FITC conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal antibody (1:200 dilution) staining. Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control (red line).
